I found it strange how she wasnt even referenced throughout the story on my first play through apart from McFarlane ranch being on the map. But just playing now and I came across a corpse on the shore just east of that rail bridge before flatneck station. He's lying next to a boat and a chest you can loot. When you go to loot him he'll actiually be alive and grab on to you saying give this to bonnie then just dies. You take the letter and it turns out he's her husband, it's basically a love letter from him to her saying how much they're meant for each other and that he's gone to find riches to impress her father.

Dope little easter egg because she was a great character in the first game.

Think he's just one of those pointless random events where you can have a few words with him but nothing actually happens beyond that. Same with that crazy guy you always see in the river rambling away to himself.
