From my experience, when you ask why they don't have any girl friends....their response is usually on the lines of that most girls are bytchy, catty, or jealous. Oftentimes the girl that generalizes other women like that, is exactly like that herself.

I'll expand on what he said. Usually, when a girl has no female friends, it happens for one of two reasons.
Either, they struggle with to have relationships with people platonically on the most basic of levels due to personality/behaviour faults.
Or, men usually and often come in between the females they have in their lives. This is usually due to them actively competing with other women over men or regularly dealing with men that get around in the same social circles as them.
Going quiet for days, then turning up saying ''sorry, I've been busy''... you check their social media accounts, they were active. They got time to upload pictures on instagram, they got time to send a text
In this modern day, the way a girl acts over text is one of the biggest tells. Taking too long. Answering with lol. Doing the dissapearing act. Etc.
Other red flags are flaking. If a girl flakes on me I'll keep chasing. I'll fukk her. But I won't date her.
Too much makeup.
Tattoos.
Piercings.
Dyed hair.
Overboard jewerly.
Overly sexual or tight clothing.
Talking about sex too easily or too quickly.
Talking about past relationships.
Being too easy.
Being addicted to their phone or social media.
Smoking weed.
Smoking cigarettes.
Talking ghetto
Being angry or bitter
Having an attitude
Having that extra smiley "hiiiiii

Almost everyone has a friend that's a total douchebag but for some reason they respect you completely.
