Should’ve done this 4 years ago. The damage has been done.
I can't wait till twitter comes out and bans him around labor day. They have to be saving that for close to the election. I can't wait to see the meltdown that follows
I don't think Greenwald is right about a censorship of the far left following this, necessarily. Either way, I oppose corporate censorship.
Nah. But y'all are right to recognize this as Corporate censorship for political ends. So that's something.
It really feels like a lot of companies and people believe Trump is finished. Twitter, Reddit, even Facebook is banning people now. It's like they know the DOJ is going back to normal in January 2021.The beginning of the end.
Motherfukker it’s their platform they can do what they want with it.
I was calling greenwald a motherfukker but like I said it’s their platform. How about you conservatives make a platform instead of leaching on liberal technology and innovation?Clown. I didn't say they couldn't do it, I said I don't like it.
They do have gab.I was calling greenwald a motherfukker but like I said it’s their platform. How about you conservatives make a platform instead of leaching on liberal technology and innovation?

The end of what exactly? The beginning of the end.

This is asinine for a few reasons. Who wants to live in a society where access to goods and services are based on political opinions? Could you imagine conservative gas stations and liberal ones? Conservative restaurants and liberal ones?Strawmen argument. Would I want to live in a society free of hate speech, racism, white supremacist propaganda? Yes.This is asinine for a few reasons. How soon before we're just calling for different countries?
Also, people's political opinions change. So you're fine with censorship based on the whims of owners of tech company owners?
Those platforms aren’t banning those people because they’re conservatives, they’re banning them because they’re either preaching hate, racism or white supremacy. Should they be banned for that if the owners do not agree with it? Yes. Don’t try to lump honest political disagreements with hate.
If the moderators allowed the racism/hate speech to fester then it deserved to be banned. fukk emIf you ban an entire forum, or in this case a subreddit, you're undoubtedly banning people who have not committed "hates speech". I've seen some of what get's called "hate speech" here, and if that's any indication of what's going on other platforms, then they are indeed censoring political disagreements.
