Reddit actually helped me out. Got useful info for my own production setup with Ableton and NI products from a few threads.

But I don't check reddit out that much to really be concerned about it like that.

Breh… that’s literally 95% of Reddit and its users. They will permanently ban you if you even allude that you don’t agree with their agendas. Condescending losers that are beyond sensitive.

If you’re even remotely religious, masculine, straight, pro-Black, or politically moderate, expect to be banned or mass downvoted if you dare to express it.

The DC subreddit was trash as fukk and have closed for good. Bunch of racist gentrification cacs complaining about crime all the time. I made it a point to remind them cacs that they paid retarded money for a condo up NW and still gotta deal with city crime.

They get real tight when I point out my SE neighborhood is safer than their NW neighborhood. Even dropped receipts on 'em with a crime mapper.

I find it ironic how the longer the mods continue to lockdown their subreddit the more sympathy and support they will lose since visitors will grow angry and complain about not having access to the locked subreddits.


This is literally going to have the opposite outcome for them.

The mods are seeing this entire “protest” flip on them. A lot of those “power mods” don’t even mod the forums they are mods of, that shyt is just a power status for them. They need to go. Them fakkits act like they own discussion. Yeah if you make a subreddit on something obscure like the effect of ecstasy on the mating habits of insects then yeah you own that shyt. But these clowns acting like they own discussion on the NBA or NFL. Man if you don’t sit your ass down somewhere. If you don’t want to mod the NFL sub then there are 10,000 other people who can.

Most people didn’t even know there were 3rd party Reddit apps available and these clowns went and shut off the forums because of it. They way out of touch.

IMO mods need to go when they forget that are a PART of the community, not above it. These Reddit mods took it a step beyond that and think they actually own the site!
