All that acid Reggie was fukking with :whoa:. Album takes me back everytime I hear it.
Damn, he was really on acid for that? That's cool. I haven't heard of a lot of hip-hop albums made on acid. Maybe pcp or cocaine. Weed, obviously. Liquor/beer, obviously. But not acid.

Muddy Waters is my favorite too. I think he was at his peak then

I would agree that was his peak also that album was the last time he was rugged raw wit it as with the albums that followed he was more focused on the comic aspect of his rhymes which worked well on Doc's 2000 but fell short on Malpractice.... I can't tell u how :snoop: I was when I heard that album..... The only other time my personal fav let me down was when outkast put out Idlewild.......

@BmoreGorilla what's ur fav sooperman luva hands down

I feel you about Malpractice. I actually like Red Gone Wild better. Favorite Sooperman Luva was 2. That beat was hard as fukk. I did like when the beat changed up in the 3rd one tho

I remember fiending like a madman for that 'Can't Wait' single. Ended up picking up that and 'Time 4 Sum Aktion' from an old head I randomly met who was selling pieces of his collection off before he got married.

I always feel the one mistake him and meth made was loosing that raw gritty comical mix that blend and they way they did was ill.... Imagine if they dropped the joint album back in '95 when how high dropped :banderas:

I liked Blackout but it did seem kinda lazy

What are you talking about? At the time, that album had bangers upon bangers upon bangers. I used to play THE shyt out of that album.

Now that I'm older... I never bump it but I wouldn't be mad if a cut came on.
