I'm taking about young black QB's now. Yeah they get picked but the first signs of struggle and their job is in question. It's the same with coaches. People have asked if Tomlin is on the hot seat knowing that organization has a history of not firing coaches. People asking for Kaep to get benched for Gabbert
. That team has a lot more issues than RG3. He needs to get out and see what he can do in a more stable environment.

People & fans are so caught in the QB situation that they have forgot that the right side of our O-line is brand new, our secondary is brand new, and cousins doesn't have the arm to hit Djax in stride. I see an entire reciepe for disaster.
We start out the dolphins, rams, giants & eagles. When we're 0-4 or 1-3 the local media hate will go from RGIII to gruden, believe it. Make no doubt about it gruden is on the hot seat.
People NEED to understand this: When gruden was interviewed for the job cousins & mccoy name did NOT come up. It was all about can you(gruden) help robert become the QB he wants to be. Gruden gave up on robert in the preseason of last year. So he failed.
Perception was gruden had no power. He pushed to get one of his "guys" either cousins or mccoy to be his starter. He has that & if he's not successful then he'll be gone after the year. If we start to lose & it's because of the QB things will implode quickly.
As far as RGIII, he's 25 & going into his 4th year. This is only his 2nd year with gruden, I think the kid needs time to develop. He had a good training camp and played a couple of series against the browns & didn't look great against the lions...
Thursday: RGIII is the starter VS ravens & he was to start the season against the dolphins in two weeks
Friday: He didn't pass the concussion test & kirk is starting Sat against the ravens.
SAT/SUN: RGIII should be traded or cut.

What drives me crazy is these young white QB's who struggle never get their name dragged through the mud when they struggle. Russ won a chip and as soon as the team struggled all these stories came out about him not being black enough or getting along with teammates. Cam has been through it with the fake smile, the Superman celebration. Kaep with the tattoos. Geno has had several stories before the punch. The media is ready to run them outta town quick and turn to an unaccomplished white qb. And once a black QB leaves his initial team "he might be done." Meanwhile bums like David Carr, Grossman, McCown, etc can get jobs
Matt Ryan has failed to win these last few years but I didn't see a single ESPN segment questioning whether he should keep his job

? They were missing several starters on the o-line vs Detroit. As expected he gets hit repeatedly and concussed. All of a sudden he's done in Washington. Gruden set him up to fail. Cousins was garbage vs the Ravens' first stringers so why does he get to be named the starter?

The Deadskins' offense is good. They have a couple of good RBs, one or two Pro Bowl receivers and a good enough line. They can win some football games with good QB play.
