RG3 and the Slurs need to part ways, ASAP. Releasing him would be a good move for both sides. Redskins would be forced to get creative with the cap, since they would eat 16.1 million apparently. RG3 would have to take reduced money and fight for a starting position, which might get his head screwed on straight. It's too late into the preseason for this to take place, otherwise I'd say do it now.

He needs a new team for sure. With all the drama that has went on in Washington him with a fresh start and the Skins moving in a new direction is what is best for both parties. We probably will always wonder how his career would have played out if he hadnt have gotten injured during the playoff game in 2013.
