I bet deep down RG3 wish he still Shanahan and his son. He atleast had competent coaches who could build a playbook outta his skillset.
Now his dumbass might be outta the league in no time.
It's not on the coaches, because rg3 didn't want to run read option plays anymore, instead he wanted to be a pocket passers only. It is on RG3 for not wanting to continue what made him successful in the first place....I bet deep down RG3 wish he still Shanahan and his son. RG3 refused to come out of the damn game dummy. Him and Snyder were butt buddies and Shanahan got caught in the middle you forgot that part hump.*After Shanahan wrecked his career by having him running bootlegs on a torn ACL until he collapsed
Can't forget that part

Whatever. Its all on film. He was great in 2012, won rookie of the year, won the division, made the playoffs was up 14-0 before he went down with an injury. This is the NFL, if "gimmicks" were that easy we'd see them every week. Why don't we? Why doesn't Buffalo or the Jets bust out a gimmick this season to win them some games?Without Shanahan tailoring a gimmick offense around RG3 making him look better then he is he would have no career at all to speak of .
It would be years of failure in a pro style offense and he'd be struggling to keep a job in the nfl.
Shanahans the only reason anyone is still intrigued by this guy at all.
