I bet deep down RG3 wish he still Shanahan and his son. He atleast had competent coaches who could build a playbook outta his skillset.

Now his dumbass might be outta the league in no time.

It's not on the coaches, because rg3 didn't want to run read option plays anymore, instead he wanted to be a pocket passers only. It is on RG3 for not wanting to continue what made him successful in the first place....

This is about a head coach pissed off that his QB had a direct line to the owner. Gruden been doing everything in his power since he's been there to knock Griffin off his spot including that fake concussion announcement. I trust what Ryan Clarke has said on it and he's as chatty as ex-players get.

I'm not a Gruden fan, but this isn't about :mjpls:

Oh, and I'll put up $10K coli cash that Cousins or McCoy start choking by game 4 this season. If RG3 is still there, fans will be screaming to put him back in and Gruden will be on the hot seat AGAIN

Without Shanahan tailoring a gimmick offense around RG3 making him look better then he is he would have no career at all to speak of .

It would be years of failure in a pro style offense and he'd be struggling to keep a job in the nfl.

Shanahans the only reason anyone is still intrigued by this guy at all.

Whatever. Its all on film. He was great in 2012, won rookie of the year, won the division, made the playoffs was up 14-0 before he went down with an injury. This is the NFL, if "gimmicks" were that easy we'd see them every week. Why don't we? Why doesn't Buffalo or the Jets bust out a gimmick this season to win them some games?

Funny how one minute playing QB is like brain surgery and the next "gimmick offenses" will win you 7 games in row or get you to the Super Bowl (i.e. Colin Kaepernick in San Fran)
