Even Julius Irving said it before. 90s basketball damn sure wasn't no 80s basketball. 90s was a pretty weak era for ball. SIX expansion teams made it to the NBA from 1988 to 1995 (Charlotte Hornets, Heat, T’wolves, Magic, Raptors, and Grizzlies).

the bulls weren't ready to compete for titles until the 90s. They drafted pipen and grant in 87. did you expect those 2 to develop over night and start winning immediately.
