Beyonce's team gives the a few inside scoop things and they tweet them out to try to get people excited. So yes, the do promo/media stuff, but not in the conventional way.

Anyway, from reading these lyrics, it doesn't seem like this album is going to be good. I believe it wil be mostly nice beats to dance to and mostly bragging. It will still sell a lot though b/c of who they are. & will be quite expensive since it is a visual album.
