that was cowardice, he basically tossed a hot potato ice cubes way. those lyrics really had nothing to do with his "black people are more racist / ******s vs black people" spiel. he just knows its rhetoric that damn near all racist use to justify racism and he doesn't want that credit.

Yeah... if there was ever a way to squeeze one self out of a sticky situation, then he picked the right way..... ....but tiptoed around blame and said it was a great song by Ice Cube :dead:... I'm dubious he got that from an Ice Cube song....he just vocalized sentiments black culture knows about, ....but made it a joke has gone viral since it was released.... I'm not buying it...but at least I got to hear an Ice Cube song, I never heard before.

I still say Ice Cube, Nas, Common, and Scarface need to do an EP or LP ...would be cray...

:dwillhuh: you ain't never heard Death Certificate? Cube's best work and a top 10 hip hop album

I may have heard it...but never really listened to Cube like that other than a few tracks.. ..... :yeshrug: ....but that's great that I can enjoy old music like its fresh out the box :ehh:

I have enjoyed this one for awhile though, make my case for that Nas, Cube, Common, Face collabo .... 3 out of the 4 have gone cold Hollywood, so it may sound water down Sprite.. :manny:

Not to mention in this track at 3:00 Nas mentions Common and Ice Cube beef.....:beli: ...Nas the Oracle...just need Face time

:scust:he really said that

yeah, he starts speakin' on kanye and my beautiful dark twisted fantasy right at the 3:32 mark

i'm a kanye fan myself, but to say my beautiful dark twisted fantasy is better than thriller is just straight up trollin' and ridiculous. kanye doesn't even believe that shyt :skip:
