They're popping up all over LA. There's one in Portland that I plan on visiting this fall. They said that the hardest part of keeping things going is the lack of parts to keep the machines going. It's all outdated technology and companies don't make it much anymore.
I'd love to open one in the DC area
I'd love to see a resurgence of arcades in America
There was the Simpsons Arcade game, Altered Beast, Street Fighter II, X-Men and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles at the Pizza Hut though.
The graphics and gameplay were shytting on Nintendo. Had a nikka begging Moms for more quarters to keep playing. It was like going to a top notch stripclub with nothing but bad bytches for an 8 year old.
Also, when I was a kid living in the hood in Lakeview, I wasn't scared of shyt because I all knew was watching d-boys hustle on Randolph Street hearing gunshots every night and bullets occasionally coming through the windows.
I thought everywhere was like that when I was a kid until I moved to the 'burbs when I was older and was like where's all the liquor stores and d-boys with all the latest Nikes and Starter gear?

sweaty emos
