It didn't help that the match was sandwiched in between CM Punk/Undertaker and Rock/Cena, but still. I don't hate HHH at all, but he clearly still has a chip on his shoulder for never being the lead guy in an era with either much bigger stars than him like The Rock, Stone Cold, Mankind and Undertaker, or guys that the crowd simply liked more than him (Jericho, Angle, The Hardyz). It makes complete sense that he'd try to destroy the entire roster between 2002-2006 in order to re-write history later on when people look back at it, making it look like he was the man.
