per 100 possessions

Julius - 6.6 apg
Jabari - 3.6 apg

per 36

Julius- 4.9
Jabari - 2.5

not really that close
I'm going to keep this posting until your smart dumbass acknowledges this (and @O.T.I.S. @Newzz and @KOBE) -

In fact @I.AM.PIFF:

For every minute that Randle handles the ball he averages 1.7 assists (surrounded by the likes of D'Angelo, Lou Will and Nick Young)
For every minute that Jabari handles the ball he averages 1.3 assists (surrounded by the likes of Dellavedova, Snell and Henson)

Randle handles the ball for 2.2 minutes per game
Jabari handles he ball for 1.7 minutes per game.

Jabari has a 1.43 assist/turnover ratio
Randle has a 1.42 assist/turnover ratio

If Jabari is a "non-passing" ass player, I guess that makes Randle one too. :mjpls:

Imagine having a debate in real life with Gil...

Friend 1: I'm telling you bruh... Lebron still the best scorer in the league

Friend 2: Nah, I got Russ. He scores way too easily.

Friend 3: James Harden when he's on, no one is stopping him.

@Gil Scott-Heroin: Well fellas... according to these metrics, based on touches per game, divided by plays ran and multiplied by pi, these metrics tell me Steph Curry is the best in the game at scoring.

Friend 4: Where was Steph in the Finals?

nikka going to extremes to try & downplay Randle:mjlol:
It's all relative. Meanwhile you rock brain ass nikkas keep going on about bu-bu-but Randle is averaging more assists while playing less minutes, failing to realize that even with Jabari playing more minutes - Randle still handles the ball more.
Show me the top 10 leaders in assists "For every minute they handle the ball" @Gil Scott-Heroin :jbhmm:
i) I'm not going through every players TOP and assist rate
ii) What would listing a top-10 prove? The top 5 players in assists are: Harden, Westbrook, LeBron, Wall and CP3 - all players that have a main scoring load - their time of possession isn't just for passing, but for scoring too. A more accurate (yet not perfect) take would be to find out how much production each player generates (through assists and points) in relation to how long they have the ball in their hands, obviously with the appropriate context of teammates, role/workload, scheme and efficiency.

At a surface look, their numbers look like this:

For every minute Jabari has the ball in his hands he generates 11.5 points and 1.3 assists
For every minute Randle has the ball in his hands he generates 6.4 points and 1.7 assists

Randle simply isn't a playmaker. Him having 4 APG says two things, 1. Young and Williams are shooting like Curry and 2. He's getting the ball too much.

Since he doesn't know how to set screens to get guys open and he doesn't know how to weaken a half court defense, he should be under the basket trying to rebound.

:mjlol: @ the thought of gil having 4 friends.

Matter of fact, does Parker even have 4 fans? Think about it brehs, if this thread didn't exist and LWO wasn't giving this kid some relevance, he'd get absolutely no shine on the Coli. No one would make threads about him, no one would talk about him, no one would notice him. Hell, even @Malta and @Gil Scott-Heroin have said they ain't even real fans of him and @Bilz is only here to hate on the Lakers. This guy ain't got ANY fans. And what does that tell you? That tells you he ain't shyt. Every other young upcoming star has plenty of fans from Embiid to Towns to Wiggins to Porzingis, etc. This guy ain't got shyt because he AIN'T shyt. This is a fact no one can dispute. :shrugkobe:
