But there's a difference between Rihanna pre fame and post fame.
There's a big difference between Rihanna without all of the makeup and weave as well.
Rihanna had bad skin in her teens like most people. Beyonce is wearing a wig in that pic. Rih's hair is longer now, she wore her real hair at the met gala. It's longer than bey's real hair actually. Beyonce got a pixie cut a couple of years ago.
I'm pretty sure there are many ugly pictures of both of them. The op didn't ask who looks the best, they asked which one would attract more inner city males.
Let us not forget how beyonce looked with make up while she was the same age as rih in that pic.
