Thought a little motivation was in order. Rep your 1 rep max and regular set for the following: Bench, Squat, Dead lift

Bench: 255 1rep max / 225 regular
Squat 315/ 275
Deadlift 295/ 245

1 rep max

B: 285
S: 475

I've stopped doing deadlift, so my other core is Powerclean. My max with that is 205

squat: 235 (squat is low cuz i used to always do deads on leg day and never had energy to do squats)
dead: 425

210 I used to be morbidly! obese > 35% BF, but I was in denial. I begun my journey last year. I was famn near 300 pounds and could barely lift 95 pund on bench. A year later and I'm still on the grind. I just made this thread as a reminder and also a way to help other brothers who are discouraged about plateaus and all that.

Weight: ~197 (as off today morning)
BF: Apparently 13% according to some calipers

5RM's (rep maxes)
Bench: 255
Squat: 285
Deadlift: 385 (have gone higher but with aid of a belt etc)
OHP: 165
Pendlay Rows: 230

Never ever tested my 1RM's before.... :ehh:...might do when I switch to GVT or Wendlers early next year!

Bench not sure since I never have a spot but I rep 375x6 and can do 9 singles of 385.

Stopped doing Ohp last year because I'm having shoulder issues.

I don't 1 rep max anymore really. Had a bunch of injuries/surgeries and trying to slim up more

5'7 190

Bench 275 x 8 for 3 sets

Squat 275 x 12 for 3 sets

Hang cleans 135 x12 for 3 sets

Deadlift.. idk. Don't do them anymore
