Anyone else think Bynum has been healthy but just said fukk it and took the rest of the season off? I don't think he got any major knee surgeries this past year.

Oh and of he's semi healthy he'll average 25 and 12.

lets not get too far ahead of ourselves....lets try about 19/10 and he hasnt played a full season in a long time. As a matter of fact, he has only played over 60 games twice.

I take back what I said before. I hope this works out, if Bynum signs and stays healthy we have a good center for at least 10 years. Varejao is already about to be 31. Idk how much more he has left, considering his injury and style of play.

It's a good move by the Cavs, it's been shown time and time again that they can't get bigtime free agents, so if they can land Bynum even with his injury history they have to take that chance.


They still should have taken big Drum though

Cleveland would be in a much better spot had they drafted Drummond last year, they could have gotten Mclemore or Oladipo this year, and next year try to get Wiggins/Parker/ or Randle'

They could have had a lineup of

1. Killa Kyrie
2. Mclemore or Oladipo
3. Wiggins,Parker or Randle
4. Thompson
5. Drummond

There is absolutely nothing dumb about this contract offer. The only thing that the Cavs have to lose is money. They don't have to give up any picks or players and they weren't going to use the cap space anyway.

Cleveland isn't going to be able to sign any marquee free agents in their prime. When you are a small market team in a cold weather city, you have to take a few risks like this.

I would honestly rather have a healthy Verajo, but he had a season ending pulmonary emboli last year right? we'll see how he fares, not an easy for a typical pt to recover from but he's young and healthy

How the fukk is this a Hail Mary or a gamble?? WHen Healthy ANdrew is a beast. Its only a 2 year deal with a team option for the 2nd year.
There aint no other free agents out there that can significantly improve teams.
