On another note... I tore my patella in both knees in a freak accident and it took YEARS for me to get my burst back. I'm actually faster and stronger than I was before but mannnnnn if I had pro aspirations I'd have been fukked royally. I knew something wasn't right too and I kept playing until I had a tear in one and overcompensating for it caused the other one to rupture.
