Breh I said let Scott coach and replace him once the Lakers are contenders in a season or two, and just let Scott coach during the rebuild right now.
Thibs would have Kobe on a wheelchair by All-Star break, his 90's style of offenses and playing his starters close to 40 minutes don't work anymore. Thibs is better than any coach on the market, but Lakers are still rebuilding, might as well let Scott coach at the moment and replace him once Lakers are on the come up as contenders.
thibs aint gone make bean play no 40min. He'll try and keep them low. Knowing kobe tho, he gone try and get 40min avg first week of the season

I'd take a Spurs coach that teaches ball movement (not Woodson or Brown who were defensive coaches which is primarily effort).
If Thibs chilled with that 48 minutes a slave shyt, it's a no brainer to me.
