Other than Isaac or Smith who areprobably in the top 7-8 anyway, there aren't gonna be any risers.

I think Zach Collins could be the biggest riser in that he could go as high as 6 if he kills workouts but not higher than that.

It would then make sense if Celtics choose ball who they can leverage to get a big like Cousins because they don't need any more guards....

At the time everyone thought Okafor was who the Lakers wanted badly. So the Wolves could have tried to select him to trade down to the Lakers, thinking they could snag more assets out of the Lakers. If you're picking number 1 and there is a consensus number 1 pick, you shouldn't over think it.

Besides, you never truly know who the other team will pick, as evidenced by the Lakers surprising most people and picking Russell instead of Okafor.

Of course if the Wolves picked Okafor first, Lakers surely would have taken Towns. If the Celtics take Ball, Lakers are probably taking Fultz, the concensus #1 guy. Celtics would be outsmarting themselves.
