The problem with Butler is that he is already 27 and doesn't fit the timeline of the rest of the young core players we have. Secondly, he clashed with Hoiberg and the space and pace style Hoiberg tried to instill. He broke the plays for his own isos. Luke is a laid back first year coach like Hoiberg was, it could be history repeating itself.

Ingram could possibly be a star, best player on a great team possible level. Jimmie Butler is a 3rd option, point blank period. That shyt would be worse than drafting Darko over Melo/Wade/Body and I would never be a Makers fan again if they did that dumb shyt.

ONLY Paul George, Chris Paul, KD, and DMC are possible team changing vets worth a #2 pick. I only chose them cause they all are possible to split from their current teams in the next year or so.

I would include Towns (most potential in the last 10 years imo) A Davis, Westbrook, Irving, as the rest of the nikkas worth a #1 straight up. fukk everybody else. Makers need to build off what they have, and sign vets like Marc Gasol/Igoudala/etc to bring the vet leadership down the road.
