Exactly. Is it THAT hard to call the coach into your office and admit "hey, i know we dont have a great PERSONAL relationship, but I cant deny the success you've achieved. I dont want to ruin a great thing by something so avoidable so what can I do to make this better?*
Its not just personal dislike, they dont think his methods can win a title

Breh have you ever been in a situation where you had a power struggle with your boss? That's all this is...you got strong minded people who all want to do it their way and then you gotta think they've been working together for 7 plus years. Sometimes you get tired of working with the same people, no matter what happens (good or bad)

I don't like the way he jerked snell,niko and mcdermotts confidence and playing time this season,how he's running jimmy into the ground like he did deng and how he manages mins.If he sat down with the fo and agreed to change some things(in game adjustments,using your depth and play the starters less mins) I'd be cool with thibs staying I also can see what the fo's beef with him is too

Do Bulls fans still hold D Rose's first knee injury vs. Thibs? I remember how mad y'all were that he was even in the game at that point
Its not about him saying things that isnt known. Its about him continuing to play out this feud through emissaries in the media. Its really petty esp coming off a big win against your main rival. Not healthy for the team

Its not just that. Playing Noah on a bad leg so hard last year(last game of the season he had him out there in a meanignless double OT game against the hornets) that the FO had to hire consultants specifically for minutes restrictions. Taking years of Lou Deng career and doing the same shyt to Jimmy. Not developing any of the prospects. Playing starters in 40 min blowouts. Just being an overall weird dude, He asked for a received and extension then waited almost a year to sign it(thats where the whole FO wants Thbs gone narrative first started from) Funny thing is his beef was only really with Gar Foreman. But after JVG went on the air that Sun and threw Paxson under the bus is what really tipped this thing over board. And btw, Thibs is already sending feelers out to ORL

I can blame Thibs and the medical staff for not allowing Rose to completely heal when he was dealing with those various injuries that year that kept chaining together, but I can't blame him for having starters in during that part of the game. The game was decided, but it wasn't like some 30 point lead.
Some ppl questioned why he was in there up 13. This was when Rose was coming off all types of back, foot injuries. But this was when ppl first noticed Thibs grinding style
