Report: Not even winning a Championship will keep Thibs from being Fired

Thing is the players are going to play harder for him I believe. Possibility they beat the Cavs then he goes and coach the Cavs

This has been known for a while, the gm/owners hate thibs..but they legit can't find an excuse to fire him, they are going to let him go most likely this offseason though. Thibs is a great coach, only problem he has is the mins thing

Ill sum it up very bluntly, they just dont like him as a person, and they dont think his methods(mainly rotations/minutes, offensive philosophy) can win a title

Its all stupid shyt that I wish grown men could figure out

And I know its easy to just point at the front office and clown them(and I tend to lean that way), but lets take a few things into consideration here

1) It took Thibs like 20 years to land a head coaching job, mainly due to teams not thinking his personality was suitable for a head coach

2) Thibs(or his camp, whatever) had JVG go on a fukking tirade this season on national TV pointing fingers at the Bulls front office and open up a public feud with Paxson

3) This current leak could damn well be from Thibs(or again. his 'camp')

It would be nice if the front office would come out and show support, but it sounds like it would just be fake as shyt. It is what it is at this point, and is becoming a sad reality Bulls fans will need to deal with

We just saw this go down with Harbaugh in SF

They were talking about this on ESPN 1000. They were basically saying this is all coming from Thibs and his supporters.

Thibs isn't saying shyt that wasn't already common knowledge or anything of significance - Woj laying this paranoia sheet about coaches' offices being 'bugged' is paper thin - I'm taking it with a grain of salt.

While I agree that the Bulls can't go on with this friction between Thibs and Gar - this team only has a small window of winning a title:

Gasol only has another season left in him
Noah looks dead in the water and will be on the wrong side of 30 next season
How long before Rose breaks down again, this time for good?

With the Cavs, Wizards, Hawks and all the other Eastern Conference teams that'll be better next season, is the best solution really bringing in a coach with no NBA experience; hoping he'll be able to put this team in a better position off one season, than Thibs has done over the past five seasons?
