issues with minutes and his head assistant being fired namely Ron Adams us losing his guys like Asik Deng have really strained or at this point killed the relationship. I would rather we fire our GM and give Thibs (some) personnel power.

I'd imagine if we got rid of Thibs, it would mean it's time unload some salary. Especially with Jimmy due for a contract.I want to see if he really pays for a winner

When we win it strengthens the FO case(less minutes less wear and tear) but if the coach hasn't lost his top players you can't justify firing him. You keep the team as is and add to it.

Ill sum it up very bluntly, they just dont like him as a person, and they dont think his methods(mainly rotations/minutes, offensive philosophy) can win a title
Its all stupid shyt that I wish grown men could figure out
And I know its easy to just point at the front office and clown them(and I tend to lean that way), but lets take a few things into consideration here
1) It took Thibs like 20 years to land a head coaching job, mainly due to teams not thinking his personality was suitable for a head coach
2) Thibs(or his camp, whatever) had JVG go on a fukking tirade this season on national TV pointing fingers at the Bulls front office and open up a public feud with Paxson
3) This current leak could damn well be from Thibs(or again. his 'camp')
It would be nice if the front office would come out and show support, but it sounds like it would just be fake as shyt. It is what it is at this point, and is becoming a sad reality Bulls fans will need to deal with

That couldve easily been JVG on his own. He prob msg'd Thibs about it and got pissed off..then just let it fly on air (perhaps not what Thibs wanted). JVG and Thibs have been tight for decades.
