Regardless of what they actually do, there is a certain standard that journalists are EXPECTED to adhere to. There is no such expectation for lay people. Therefore to compare the two is silly. Beyond that I don't recall cats on here blatantly making shyt up about dude. It's one thing to have an opinion based on what has happened. It's another to re-create what has happened into an image that your prefer. It's a whole different level for a "journalist" to do so.

I would say that comments coming from Coli posters are more vitriolic than they are fact-based opinions.
There are mountains of posts where people shyt on him from things ranging from his smile, to the woman he decided to marry.

Shanny realized late last season that there was no future for him there, and that RGIII was the nucleus of the franchise, regardless of how he performed.
It's akin to dating a woman with a bad ass, spoiled kid who refuses to reprimand them for their ill behavior.

No matter what people do on the Coli it still is not comparable to journalists doing it. It's like comparing the performance of some dudes playing 5 on 5 around your way to NBA players. If it's comparable that reflects poorly on the pros not the other way around.
