People have been bringing up Michael Bennett as the "future" but I really don't find him interesting at all. His gimmick to me is lame. Maria is the only reason he's even relevant to me.
Mike Bennett's a solid talent. I think he cuts a quality promo and can work. The future is probably a reach, though it doesn't look like TNA is going to have many other options.
Bennett and Taven were great together, idk why they would sign one and not the other

I stopped watching TNA after Taryn left and Gail Kim was some kind of ninja Sting.

Roode could probably get the deal they were offering Storm as a NXT vet guy/trainer whenever he's ready to call it a career. Don't know if they would want Young enough & wouldn't be shocked if he was back in TNA before too long. Really wouldn't be all that shocked if both didn't end up back in TNA in a few months. Just think Roode has more options going for him.

I always thought Roode was a great talent and a throwback to when wrestling was better than it is now. For that reason, Vince probably wouldn't be too excited about him. On paper he isn't a great fit for the main roster.

Always hated Young's corny-ass comedy but I actually think he's believable with this crazy heel act. Vince would probably be more interested in the corny-ass comedy though.

Both of these dudes are good workers, especially Roode. Maybe they will be brought in as a straight dude/crazy dude tag team. :ohhh:

Young is way better than a corny comedy character. He may be one of the most versatile wrestlers that I've ever seen. Whoever picks him up hopefully won't put him back in the comedy bag.

I don't think NXT needs more dudes in their mid to late 30s, they're already at capacity right now as it is.
More guys with tons of experience who can help groom the young wrestlers in developmental and also can still go in the ring with enough of a reputation to help enhance the NXT brand? Sounds like a great setup.
