Everyone who thinks he might be insane has a reasonable reason to think so, because at one point he was evaluated and deemed incompetent to stand trial. But to me it’s the things he is lying about which makes it seem that he fully remembers the event and is simply trying to spin this shyt the only way he can. He wrote a letter prior to the judge, stating his son should be barred as he is not a reliable witness and of course his whole stance.

Wow, if there is one point during this trial that will bury this guy, it will be if/when he cross examines his own son. You just know this loser is going to flip out and start berating the child, and the jury will take notice of that.

That’s what I was thinking, it will be so fukking traumatic for that little boy, and that sorry fukking excuse for a father is going to be acting like a fukking maniac. That little boy is going to be confused, scared, just all bad. If they have all the evidence they need, which it seems they do, I really really really really hope it doesn’t come to that! when you do what this sick fukk did, you should lose your right to be treated like a human in any/every way. Psychological and physical torture should be on the table, but in a way that whoever is administering it stops just before the piece of shyt’s brain completely breaks, just to make sure he is cognizant enough to still feel emotion, fear, terror, pain, etc……

There are things where you can say he seems insane as fukk and is not competent... and then there are things where he seems like he is outright lying and fully competent.
