This was expected. Now the onus is on the Republican controlled House & Senate to pass laws that:

1) Obama won't veto
2) The general public won't respond with backlash in 2016

Good luck with that :russ:

Republicans just gonna vote to repeal Obama-care fifty-leven times just to prove a point. Republican voters, in some irony, will start shouting "Get your hands off my healthcare!" since the ACA is actually working. Repubs still don't have an alternative btw.

Repubs won't do anything real with immigration reform, Obama is inviting the GOP to put their name on paper for some ridiculous racist legislation just so the public can see and the Democrats can have that Latino vote for a generation.

Tax reform? For the betterment of ALL? From the Repubs? :troll:

What really hurts is that Obama won't be making those SCOTUS appointees without the GOP engaging in fukkery.

These Republicacs are going to pass, suggest and moot more draconian anti-black laws that serve only cacs and their syncopants. I can't believe the kind of racist shyt I read on conservative websites, commentators and editorials. How the fukk they keep winning? How the fukk are we supposed to get government working for us when government keeps getting elected to work against us? :mjcry:

And then these morons keep saying, "Republicans and Democrats are the same!". Not, they're not. Are the Dems perfect, no? But no perfect party has ever existed.
U do know from 2008-2010 them dems controlled the house, senate, n white house, and what did they do for black people? Ill wait! All politicians aint shyt rep, dem, fukk them all.

In the end its black businesses that take priority for me.

First, most blacks live in the South and as such live in Republican-run states that don't do anything for them.

Second, most everything blacks have every gotten have been courtesy of Democrats. Look at the damn President.

Third, the "failing cities" fail because of cacs and industry, nothing else. There are failing black neighborhoods in the South too; is that the Dems' fault? Republicans have presided over black disenfranchisement for 200 years and lifted not a finger to change it.

Fourth, the Democrats don't "play" people unless you think funding entitlements and doing something that might help blacks--as opposed to cutting everything and ensurin nothing is ever done like is the Republicans' plan--is "playing".

I prefer a job over a handout if that's what you mean by Democrats "giving" you something. Detroit is a prime example of a failing city and it's Democratic policies. Liberal policies have destroyed black America and it's evident based on the failing cities in which they've ran.
And please don't tell me that in 2014 you still see a glimmer of hope with Obama. This man is a failure and he'll go down in history as one. He's done absolutely nothing for blacks who've voted for him over 90% in each term of elections. Black unemployment is STILL in double digits. And its even higher for young black men.

The democrats have taken the black vote for granted. Losses like this are necessary so they're motivated to take care of us when they are in control. What do I care about a blue government whos main priority is gays, latinos and (white) women?

This state is going to be even worse :snoop:

Pat Quinn, did it to himself, for so long he (Democrats) relied on the black vote. Bruce Rauner canvased around the southside and gave a black bank 1 million dollars, had Corey Brooks and several other pastors in favor of him and apart of his campaign. With Chicago crime rate and unemployment under his governership it was bound to happen. The debate he had at Dusable was horrible he barely addressed black issues without generalities. Taxing the hell outta folks and so forth, Bruce did textbook campaigning and won. Pat Quinn barely canvassed black areas and when he did he went to Hyde Park, while Bruce was on 79th street walking with a prayer
