I actually was going to post about this as I stumbled onto it a few nights ago and bought it but I was disappointed unfortunately as it's missing the tracks that leaked online a couple years ago from the qwest lp DAT tape that someone sold online a few years ago as well as the ones that were awarded to The Source's fat tape section back in 1998. That's still some dope tracks on there but a lot of songs that have been online for nearly 20 years already.

I'm holding out hope that a Vol. 2 with some of those tracks included is released as well as the early Gunrunners material.
