Resident Evil 4 is the best game in the whole franchise.

It really depends on how you want to look at it though because RE4 was the start of the change in that franchise, but OG RE? Yeah Part 1 is definitely a classic. I finished that on the PSOne without a memory card at near world record time.

I actually agree with you but I had more suspense and horror with RE 2

I think Part 1 had a better atmosphere because it was a nice and compact package.

RE2 started to get a little old with the jump scares after a while, still a classic game though.

I'm usually mixed on remasters/remakes but this is a classic. If 2 is being made, I hope 3 and Code Veronica(never played it) get that treatment too.
