Whats your avg week in the gym look like?
Don't feel like typing each workout but I lift 5 days a week and then hit the treadmill for at least 55 minutes after I lift. Tomorrow is leg, back and bicep day and I do at least 3 workouts for each body part. Also, I finish my lift sessions with an ab workout every time i hit the gym which is 5 days a week.
