I feel that if I'm spending $7.50 on a latte, I wouldn't really care.
It makes sense that the price is high by the way. The internet loves crying about how people in the service industry aren't paid enough but then want to pay peanuts for said service.
The money has got to come from somewhere.

everything else you mentioned, do they tack on an explicit fee? or do they just raise their prices 5%?
Should have just added that cost to the food. It would make better sense

5% is pretty reasonable given most thes surcharges are 20%
