Nothing worst than spending 45 minutes to an hour in the drive-thru, then pulling off with some unfresh fries, an unfresh burger with cold buns and mayonnaise, and a watered down drink. Just having one of the three is enough to piss you off after waiting that long, not to mention they went up 2 dollars. Then they act like you're wrong for acknowledging it, even when you're calm about it. Then they have the tendency to over stack your container when the fries are at their most unfresh, but fill your container only 3/4 when the fries are at their freshest.
I have to laugh at some of these folks who keep trying to included rude customers, when complaining about poor working conditions. You do have some rude ones here and there, but most of them aren't. But if you keep giving out bad attitudes and low quality food, along with rising prices, after long waits, then what in the world do you expect. Like you never been a customer? And you're fooling yourself if you think giving these employee more money, with already poor attitudes, will make them treat customers better. Most of time it's the customers who keep the workers sane. Down here in this backwards part of Atlanta, some of the employees act like the customers work for them, especially the Black male customers. And they're quick to let you know the cops will be there in a heartbeat to make another George Floyd out of them.
To make a long story short, the problem started with management and employees, and not with the customers. And they're gonna have to fix the problem where it started, unless they really don't want to...it's starting to seem that way.
