:dahell:You care about that for what reason? Is he holding out on your time or dollar? Let that man conduct his business. It's not effecting your life.

You never liked a guy who found a way to make the most money he possibly can in a violent sport that chews up players and spits them out?

I can tell you aren't a real one.

So you must love Brock Osweiler right?

I guess i`ll be a fake one, or whatever goofy shyt that's cool to say these days.

I don't applaud millionaires backing out of contracts to be bigger millionaires, sorry.

I don't mind getting paid for the work you put in, but Revis wasn't that kinda guy.

Name them please?

Who were the shutdown corners who were played at elite levels in their mid to late 30s?

There are 10 players who were primarily CBs in the Hall of Fame:

Darrell Green
Herb Adderley
Lem Barney
Mel Blount
Willie Brown
Mike Haynes
Jimmy Johnson
Night Train Lane
Emmitt Thomas
Roger Wehrli

Revis will probably get in because he matches up well with these guys. Didn't have the long career as some, but at his best he was truly great

Why do you have a problem with players holding out?

I don't necessarily if you do it once, but Revis was unprecedented levels of bullshyt.

He held out on a contract that he held out on to get.

So he refused to play til he got a new deal, they gave him a new deal, then the next year he refused to play on the deal that he just got by refusing to play.

Is he smart, hell yes. Good for him that he got as much as he could, but i don't got a lot of respect for that. Sorry, i just don't respect someone who has that little integrity or commitment to their word.

None of them were toast at 31. It's more a matter of longetivy than outright eliteness. You're basically putting Revis in on a 3 year stretch from 09-11 and one good year with the Pats. None of the guys in Canton were outright awful at 31 like current Revis is.

I'd say it's 60-40 yes he gets in but there's no way he's first ballot like you would have figured 5 years ago...

If you had the same amount of leverage as Revis had to demand more pay at your job, you would do the same thing
