Revisiting MMLP2...

We as Americans is fukking ILL to me because it was about a real topic..and you want to omit it because of it's being a bonus, yet pull "baby and wicked ways" out as if they aren't.

Replace bullishyt like that wit the bonus disc (besides baby, shyts weak) and "don't front" and very nice album...that's what my custom copy looks like.

I wasn't omminting it. Just pointing out that it was a bonus. Bonus track back then was a separate disc. I didn't hear hear that track till years later cause I don't think I had the deluxe version. Bonus tracks these days just feel like part of the album.but point takin.. I don't love the song anyway. (not wack though.

So much better was weak, Legacy was dope, a$$hole had a bad hook and beat but he got bars on that joint. Love game was weak, and so far was weak. Baby had bars for days I dunno how you hate that one.. So we almost agree on the weak songs on mmlp 2. Are any of those songs bad as this though

How am I riding for em by saying that I thought the album as released was mediocre and that i'd rather listen to the good songs from encore?

Im a Em fan but that album is just bad.

There aren't any songs as good as mosh or evil deeds on MMLP2, imo, but that's why it's my opinion.

I'm not the first em fan to see the merits in encore, Danny Brown said it's his favorite album and you can clearly see how it influenced his style.

Tis all good though, I still say listening to it from his perspective gives the album a different shine.

How do we go from a song like "Say Goodbye to Hollywood" where he's expressing how he wants to step away from the lime light, spend time with his little girl and get right with his wife only to turn around an release another album so quickly

To be fair, there was like two and a half years between "The Eminem Show" and "Encore". That's not really THAT quick. I mean, there was only a year between the releases of a few of his other albums.
