you reprimand a guy then. for all the shyt mofos on that station get away with, for him with all his years of work and his rep to just get thrown in the bushes for THAT? Stephen a. done n-bombed twice since then and not even a slap on the wrist. it was such an over-reaction.
he never had good rep to begin with and was forced to resign from his Detroit column. Thats the pattern for that idiot.

LMAO...i ain't even know all that. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!

I'm slightly amused that most of the sympathy shown here for that guy is based on the fallout from his RGIII comments, rather than his actual merits as a journalist. Ain't nobody missing Rob Parker. What y'all want him to get his job back so he can take more personal shots at RGIII's family and perceived political beliefs?

If Rob Parker spoke negatively of any of y'all favorite athletes based SOLELY on who they married and their politics, y'all would want him fired.

He got a lil too comfy in the Mouse's House and they booted his ass. GOOD!

and people will see how stupid they are for even bringing it up in the 1st place
No they won't....people are stupid and someone dumb enough to criticize him for wearing a sleeve isn't about to see the light because he made a legit point.

He can't make everyone happy, the sooner he finds that out the better.

Making a statement like this does more bad than good and just gives people more reason to talk about/debate RG3.

So now that your team got bounced out of the playoffs in a humiliating fashion, you have time to go back to your inexplicable smear campaign of a black QB. That's not petty at all. :skip:
You talkin about me breh? My team, like yours, didn't even sniff the playoffs :heh:

Everyone shyt on the Browns for not trading draft picks to move up and take him and I just think it's funny the Redskins have(had) a higher pick after his 2nd season than they did the season before he was drafted :russ:

never heard about that until he got fired from espn. not saying its wasn't ultimately true, but before that it was what every journalist that moved from fish paper to multimedia was saying, he had "moved on, evolved with the times." I personally hadn't heard anything but good things about rob parker, up until that point. and outta the pool of nikkas tryna get on espn, I don't buy he was some shythead to land that gig.

He's responding to someone criticizing him for wearing a fukking sleeve. Heisman trophy winner, 2nd pick in the draft, starting QB in the NFL and he's responding to someone who has a problem with him wearing a sleeve? Who gives a shyt man, he's trying to change someone's mind when he should just laugh it off because it's so god damn stupid.

No matter what he does or says, people are gonna hate and like I said, the sooner he realizes that the better.

nothing technically wrong, but given this guy's press over the year, sometimes you just need to shut up. you don't say shyt, its way less material to use. first two dudes he mention in this shyt are dudes we heard about issues with towards the end of the season. nah, don't use me to humanize and humble yourself now. just shut up, dogg. nobody care about that sleeve. you just wanted to talk.

Serious question for the threadstarter. Are you trying to get thread views or something?

The Redskins ain't in the playoffs. Bob didn't even play the last few weeks. He posted this a few days ago on his facebook wall. If you don't care about him, like most nikkas that claim him to be some sort of cornball, then why'd you go dig this up? It ain't like it was a media story. Everyone's been looking at the AFC and NFC championship games which are going to be insane and you're posting a facebook post. Kobe did the same shyt after he tore his achilles and nikkas was in here getting pumped off it.

he got fired for asking "Do you wish your daughter had married a different coordinator?"

He is a buffoon and it showed on ESPN with most of his takes. I have no idea how/why people are riding with dude, when he was derided on SOHH ever since he got on ESPN.

He's responding to someone criticizing him for wearing a fukking sleeve. a) he wasnt criticized for it. He was answering a question. b) if someone did ask him that, what kind of fukk boy question is that? c) all those plaudits and yet he is a person like you and me. c) he wasnt trying to change anyones mind. He answered a question. Its his thing

And of course people gonna hate. People will hate on dude for saying "have a good day." He became polarizing by idiots.

but he didnt actually say anything wrong.

Its funny, fans want their athletes/public figures to be personal, approachable, close contact, among them except when they are that. When they are that, then its a problem. Maybe fans need to step back and look at themselves.
