Lemme get this straight. The fact “racists” like CC mean that anytime someone comments on a court-rivalry means theres racism involved?
You abandon persuasion when you can’t be cogent.I'm not reading anymore of your bad-faith bullshyt. Shut the fukk up, you weak-willed bytch.
First off Clark don’t got shyt to do with her fans, I don’t know why we are trying to blame her for her fans. Cooper Flaggs fans are going to be on the same time if he’s half as good in the league as he was in college. In a pure basketball context you're right but nothing involving Clark and Reese will be devoid of a racial component.
When I would open up my ESPN app last season the first highlight/story would be "Caitlin Clark fouled hard." That's over any NBA playoff highlights, baseball, etc. Why were common, not flagrant, fouls given so much attention? Black women hitting Caitlin was the lead story.
The WNBA commissioner got raked over the coals last year for downplaying the hate black women were receiving from Clark's fan base. There's no coincidence that all these league sponsored anti hate initiatives started popping up when she entered the league. We have black players speaking out about an influx of racists attacks and even death threats.
Clark brought in a bunch toxic fans and they've been attacking Angel Reese since she got in Clark's face after they beat her in the tournament.
Clark pushes Reece and Angel is the one getting attacked by RG3. That's clearly not about basketball. There were multiple hard fouls and minor confrontations in WNBA games yet only Reese got a think piece from RG3. That brother was dog whistling and got called on it.
I don't think Ryan was out of bounds at all. We needed a black voice in sports media to check him. It's not just about him being married to a white woman. It's about what he said, his wife cheering him on for saying it, and him not understanding the role he was playing.
Ryan Clark tried to make Angel Reese into Fannie Lou Hamer…First off Clark don’t got shyt to do with her fans, I don’t know why we are trying to blame her for her fans. Cooper Flaggs fans are going to be on the same time if he’s half as good in the league as he was in college.
Ryan Clark is fishing for clout by trying to throw fuel on this bs. He is 10000% wrong for this, and anyone trying to say that RG3 is automatically a koon or whatever because he has a white wife is also apart of the problem.
If Clark and Reese hate each other or whatever then it’s good for the game. The same way the media put male athletes against each other especially magic and bird is the same way we have to do for the women to make it interesting. This race baiting shyt is not the move. Y’all are made at caitlin because of her fans not nothing she did and that’s not fair. Y’all have decided that she is steering the narrative and supports the bs her fans say when she just wants to hoop.
Thats how bad Ryan Clark fukked this up IMO.I’m all for debates and disagreeing but posting Jason Whitlock to prove a point is out of pocket

They dont realize it but guys like Ryan Clark make it inevitably harder for black sportscasters to get jobs.we don’t need black voices in sports pushing this race baiting narrative. It’s annoying enough as it is. Places like the shade room reporting this is part of the problem. They shouldn’t have even made a big deal about it. They the ones blowing this out of proportion. Sports media is pushing the narrative they are rivals as they should because their sport needs a good rivalry.
RG3 wasn’t pushing a race narrative he was coming from a sports POV
Hold up. So Ryan Clark oldest child is biracial
So Clark made it personal first. That's stupid and a bytch move on his part. Everything else is just juelzing at this point and makes little sense. Does he have this kind of smoke for Malika Andrews when she's commenting on black men with her white husband? Or will everyone point to her black father as meaning something. RG3's mother means nothing in all of this now? That's a whole stupid angle. Clark made personal assumptions about RG3 and went further by commenting on his wives instead of his points. How the fukk do you side-step RG3's whole argument, comment on a personal issue, and then be surprised when people call you out for it? shyt is ridiculous.I’m saying the convo didn’t become personal when he mentioned his wife. It was personal when he said RG3 doesn’t have conversations about what black women deal with because in both his marriages, he’s been married to white women. Then he proceeds to talk about RG3’s “corny milk jokes” and the social media posts about his interracial marriage. The only time he directly mentioned his wife was when he said his wife was clapping in the back as RG3 went in about Angel Reese and that he met his wife before and said she was a nice lady. Everything was directed towards RG3 and HIS actions.
It’s funny how a thread about RG3 c00ning turned into an attack on Ryan Clark, but I get it. RG3 is living some of y’all’s dream…![]()
Nah, I stopped engaging because you're not arguing in good faith, not because I "couldn't be cogent." You keep twisting the argument into something nobody said. You abandon persuasion when you can’t be cogent.
Got it.
You already conceded that CC isn’t racist, but commenting on court rivalries means the default is to assume commenting on Reese in any fashion invokes racism? Is this the argument you failed to make?
Pretty sure they didn’t rock with each other anyway. I even remember SAS a couple of months ago on his podcast addressing something SAS said and why he got let go from ESPN. He mentioned that people didn’t like him. And again, my point was it was personal before he mentioned his wife and that mentioning the wife shouldn’t he fighting words. He talked about HIM first. So Clark made it personal first. That's stupid and a bytch move on his part. Everything else is just juelzing at this point and makes little sense. Does he have this kind of smoke for Malika Andrews when she's commenting on black men with her white husband? Or will everyone point to her black father as meaning something.
