Its the production/engineering.
It's the tracks itself to me breh.
There are 10 tracks on this mixtape....but 9 are actually songs. Out of those 9 songs, 3 of them (I Get, Ran Off, 15 Shots) were on his mixtape in May (If You Ever Think I Will Stop Goin In Ask RR), which only leaves us with 6 new tracks.
Out of the 6 new tracks, only Chardonnay hits to me.
This mixtape is weak imo, while Thugga's (because I dont listen to leaked tracks that artists havent released themself) has 14 tracks banging on there out of the 18 total songs

Listen to Still Goin In (Reloaded) & I Promise I Will Never Stop Goin In.....then listen to If You Ever Think I Will Stop Goin In, Ask RR & DTSpacely Made This and say Quan hasnt changed vocally or musically
His music has fell off, it is what it is.
He needs to go back the lab, or go back to fukking with the same people/weed man/lean supplier/bytches/whatever he was fukking with 2 years ago to bring back the Quan we all loved.
This nikka is currently not making the same quality music that made me a fan of his.

Nah his voice sound diff....Production wise I'm not sure I like where they been headed since the RG split.
Still going in is classic quan. He has used much less auto tune since he started. That's a plus atleast
