Them folks are old, wtf. They’re not able enough to physically restrain him or defend themselves. If they had let him in, one of them old heads probably would have shot him.

If one of my sisters’ boyfriend or husband went to my parents house acting like that, my dad would’ve shot that nikka.
I really wish this type of shyt wasn’t leaked publicly. This is going to RUIN the man’s future before he can even get proper help.
However with all this I understand why his wife felt she had to call the police. She didn’t want dude breaking down the door and potentially going ham on her father and brother. NOBODY was physically restraining Sherman that night in the condition that he was in.
This is a truly sad story.
Unfortunately, that's the downside of being a celebrity and public figure where that type of information would leak out with the quickness.

Are you just going to make stuff up or use any of the facts that have come out such as him being off for a few months now, his friends having come to Seattle to help him out over these past months, the fact that he threatened to kill himself

Sherman CRASHED a car drunk off the Henny and then proceeded on FOOT to his in-laws house trying to BREAK DOWN THE DOOR whilst allegedly threatening to inflict harm upon himself.
And somehow all of THAT is the WIFE’S fault
I sincerely hope Sherman gets the help he needs and the footage and 911 call should NOT have been leaked. Sherman has no prior criminal history and should be given a legitimate chance to get medically evaluated so he can get cleaned up and move on with his life…
But the FACT of the matter is that the night in question is nobody’s “fault” but Richard Sherman’s. I put “fault” in quotations because if its CTE and he wasn’t in his right mind then thats a true mental health issue. You can come back from a mistake. You can be forgiven, be showed empathy, and be given the benefit of the doubt for one time incidents where nobody was hurt. BUT you still have to take accountability. Ya’ll nikkas blaming the wife aren’t in any ways real men

People get drunk and kick in doors all the time. Frat boys do this every weekend after binge drinking. When white boys do it they were just having a bad night. Sherman has a bad night and now he is some dangerous out of control monster. It's easy to paint a black man as a monster. Not excusing Shermans actions but based off the video he just looked mad about being locked out.. He didnt seem dangerous at all. Not worthy of calling the cops over and a petty move by the wife and her family.

Cacs literally kicked in the doors to the white house and capital buildings a few months ago and were looking to hang politicians and killed a few cops. They all got treated with kid gloves and most wont be charged with anything. Nobody calling them monsters.

The media is one thing. fukk the media we know they are going to portray black men in the WORST possible light.
But blaming the wife and parents for calling the police with the excuse of “people get drunk and commit violent acts everyday B” bullshyt is a cop out and a bytch made excuse for people who do not want to acknowledge the consequences of their own actions.
Sherman wasn’t a young black boy walking home after buying skittles, he wasn’t a 12 year old playing with a toy gun, he wasn’t sleeping peacefully in his home with the cops burst in on a bad tip. He’s a grown ass MAN who was confirmed drunk and had previously crashed a car and walked all the way to his in-laws house, where his wife and CHILDREN were, to start some shyt.
Those actions have CONSEQUENCES. PERIOD. Doesn’t mean that he’s not potentially suffering from a traumatic brain injury, or that he doesn’t deserve empathy and a chance for redemption. It doesn’t mean that 911 call or the Ring footage SHOULD have been leaked.
What it DOES mean is that Sherman fukked up and put HIMSELF in a position where he was physically intimidating other people. You never know WHAT can happen when you physically intimidate others. Even loved ones. That woman had CHILDREN in that home. What old ass father in law wants to tussle with a drunk pro football player?
If ya’ll are cool with drunk men going to houses with old people, women, and children and breaking down doors and threatening to harm himself then perhaps ya’ll need to reevaluate your view on things

That video was not terrifying. Richard Sherman black, clearly smart as hell, pro black, loud, and unapologetic. You know the playbook. I ain’t saying he was trying to buy NBC. But of course they gonna try and fukk buddy over in the court of public opinion.
