Just got done reading CC sabathia's autobiography and its pretty scary to see how alcohol can change you over the long term. Not saying RS has an alcohol problem but with CTE and stress I really hope he gets some help if he needs it.

Only if the illegally obtained evidence was: (1) material to the charges; (2) couldn't have been obtained through other channels; (3) was more prejudicial than probative.

In this case, the video being released by TMZ wouldn't be considered material, and the case wouldn't be thrown out.

Props to the wife trying to deescalate the police before they even got there. It seemed she was trying to get Richard to calm down before resorting to calling them. I hate the police as much as the next man but at times they are needed to prevent shyt from escalating to a level there is no coming back from. Like others mentioned you ain't trying to fist fight a professional athlete so weapons gone have to get involved.

When it comes to kids that shyt can definitely make you snap. I went through a bad depression years back and my daughters was the only thing that would bring a smile to my face. If RS is going through a bad phase like reported I could see the prospect of his kids being taken away cause him to snap. I hope he gets some help to help him deal with whatever he's going through.

I thought I read this has been reduced already to a misdemeanor which is what it should be since no one was harmed and he just made a huge drunken mistake. Glad it won't completely fukk up the rest of his life.
