The police didn't have to leak it to TMZ though when they could have went through the courts to get access to the information and video themselves. Going by that logic, every video and piece of information would be thrown out to the courts if it somehow leaks out to the public and more people would be walking free out here on the streets.
It's legal ways you can obtain that information without having to depend on the police to leak it to you. That's what the courts are there for to cover their a^^ in the event of a lawsuit.

My point was moreso if someone from the police dept leaks it. In any case where something is illegitimately obtained, you can get that shyt thrown out with a good lawyer.
Then the cops do something wrong they will turn right around and refuse to release information saying some stupid shyt about there being an ongoing investigation. So they release what they want to release.
True point, but in this case I don't believe that the video was leaked to TMZ through the police as they could have gotten access to the video without them. Look up the Ring Doorbell and how easy it is for law enforcement and the media can get access to that information without users knowing. It's a major privacy issue that needs to be addressed.
Let's also not forget the most important aspect of all that people keep overlooking with TMZ...... Harvey Levin is a lawyer himself.

he doesn’t have beef with them, he snapped off the liq and they responded accordingly. Everything about her call was a frightened, concerned wife, not some vindictive chick looking to damage his career, she even issued a statement reaffirming his usual character
He didn't just snap for no reason. They antagonized him. Looks like His wife took the kids and dipped to her parents house. He went there and they wouldn't let him in. He got emotional and frustrated as any man potentially loosing his family would be.
And that's where a lot of dudes in this thread look like hypocrites especially with previous threads of where dudes have showed up at their girlfriend's or her parents houses popping shyt.
