What are they supposed to do say they ain't playing unless he cut? What would you have done and everybody since y'all are obviously anti c00n which is really overused on here. Just cheapens the meaning of the word IMO
How can you defend a whiteboy who called a mixed race breh HALF-******. How? :mindblown:

This is becoming silly. This isn't corporate America these guys aren't in an office, they are in a locker room preparing to do battle every Sunday. Martin wants to cry because guys are saying they are going to run a train on his sister whoopee doo. If any of you have actually played football and heard the things said on the line of scrimmage you would probably pee your pants.

Can you imagine if this guy was in a locker room with Charles Haley, he would have been ejaculated and piss on every day. This is a professional football player that refused to stand up for himself and when you refuse to stand up to a bully then you're wolf food plain and simple.

But what do you do when the bully has the support of the teammates, coaches and organization. If you punch the bully in the face in corporate America or otherwise, you lose your job. It's not about the hazing or even what was said per se, I played football for over a decade you don't say shyt like that to dudes wearing the same Jersey as you. Furthermore this kid (Martin) is little more than a rookie. Someone should have drawn the line way earlier, I would say after training camp last year.

Dog....he was being tested. You want someone to show that they'll stand up for themselves around you so you'll know he'll stand up for you on Sundays.

Man I'm asking you what would you do in those situations since all these dudes are c00ns. Would you not play for the team if Riley or Incognito were still allowed on the team what would YOU do?

I would publicly say I wouldn't want a racist white who used that language on my team. It wasn't "nikka" it was ER

Thank you that's what I was asking but shyt even with that answer you only can do so much. It's not like you or many or about to go out and say I'm not playing with this dude so you are kinda just barking with no bite esp if you aren't a star player. Again though thanks for being honest and I definitely can respect that.

You test each other on the field during practice not off the field once those pads go up there should be some sense of comaraderie. But more importantly, every player is different. Especially in the case of offensive linemen. It's an extremely mental position. That's why that Broncos backup quit. If your mind isn't in it, you can get hurt and others as well. They knew it was affecting him and they should have eased up, but it doesn't matter now I know why their line played like shyt despite being talented individually. I was saying something isn't right all season.

Dog....you're making things out to be a fantasy being all clean. Incognito was the wrong person to choose for the job....I agree with that. But camaraderie is also built up by proving yourself to those you play with. When you question what someone is bringing, you test them wanting to know they'll stand up for themselves because you know they'll stand up for you on Sundays.

You can't protect anyone else if you can't protect yourself. :heh:

their line was not very talented individually. they had a few talented guys with some big holes as well. and Jonathan Martin was one of the biggest holes.

its quite conevenient that the week he got demoted is when this shyt all comes out.
add to the fact that he is mentally weak and possibly unstable and that was his breaking point but he chose to go the bytchass route instead of manning up.

thats what sheltered people that have been given everything all their lives do. he doesn't know how to handle himself because he's never really had to. his parent s have done it all for him, and the funny part is they are still leading the charge here.

dude needs to just man up.

don't tell someone to their face it that they don't have a problem with them then go behind their back and say you do.

where they do that at??

straight feminine tendencies right there.

No I'm not I been hazed and did hazing but I knew where to draw the line and if I didn't another player did and if he didn't a coach did. In this case no one did. There's testing someone and there's being a dikk. Martin did stand up for himself but unfortunately it will be in the court and at the cost of the Dolphins organization. Honestly I place more blame on the coaching staff than the players (they knew what they were getting with Incognito).
