I'm not a half anything so it doesn't affect me. I don't like being called out racially but when I am called out, I expect to be referred to as a (full) Nigg-er, Negro, etc. Anything else is an insult piled on an insult and liable to burn my soul slow. If Martin was really the "Big Weirdo" on the squad then its very possible that Richie Incognito was his best friend and his worst bully on the team. If he's alienated himself from everyone else then maybe Incognito was hanging out and joking with him everyday...and also running his pockets, clowning him in front of the team and calling him a half-****** fakkit etc etc...just cuz he's an @sshole who likes taking advantage of people.

And if you're Martin, an already awkward dude with no other friends you'll be cool with Richie on "good days" and probably hate him when he's shytting on you.

It happened to me in middle school lol. A kid who I wouldve sworn I was cool with told me he wanted to kill me cuz I kept picking on him. I assumed we were both in on the jokes . Everyones personality is different. One of my best friends to this day is a dude I met in college who everyone thought I had beef with cuz we would clown each other all day when we were chilling. We both "got it" but other friends would be like "you know ____ is gonna be there, you sure you wanna go" and we would both look at them like

Yeah I'm not making any excuses for Incognito. I'm just trying to explain how Martin could appear to be "cool" with a guy that was abusing him on the regular and how Incognito can claim he was cool with a guy he was treating like shyt...

Just gotta put your foot down, defend your manhood, and keep it movin. Even back in high school ball, the o-linemen were fukkin clowns and would talk shyt and do dumb shyt like this. To be honest, the coaches didn't even want to here about it. They would tell you to man up and handle it like a man. If you even approached them about it, you'd probably get made fun of. That same culture or ideology is obviously even more prevalent on the NFL level, i'm sure.

It's funny to me, 99% of the time, dudes on here are on some overly masculine, "that would never happen to me, I'm a thug and I would've punched that dude" shyt, but in this specific instance, they're empathizing with a dude's feelings and emotional well being.

It's because of the reports of mental illness. I don't cape for bytchassness, but a dude with mental problems isn't somebody I pick on. That shyt is real.

If Incognito is such a shytty teammate and person, why the hell are a bunch of people who played with him (black teammates included) going against the grain and coming to his defense? shyt doesn't add up.

Because players are generally well....stupid. they are still defending the "culture" of the NFL(Man Up, Handle it in house etc..), Dude said fukk that settle it in the locker room shyt, and he has every right to. shyt is a business. What other job you know of you can fukk with other people and expect them not to go to HR or a higher up. And secondly I doubt most professional athletes were ever bullied at any point in their lives, so it would be hard for them to empathize for dude.
