I dont know if this has been mention and I dont reading thru this to see if it has.What happen in the Dolphin locker room was like hazing to a frat.I never been in frats but from what I heard the type of things they go thru to be ACCEPTED isthey go thru the rough rituals and it made or break some folks.Once they are n those frat members or brother have each others back. First of all outside the military if another man is trying to "toughen" another man up 99% its gonna go wrong.
Actually hazing is not accepted. Most Frats and colleges have strict rules on hazing, but it's something that not enforced unless it goes public for whatever reason. Another thing that must be taken into consideration is that an NFL locker room is STILL considered a workplace and is beholden to the same laws that virtually every other workplace is.
So from an NFL cultural standpoint Martin is probably wrong (to an extent) but from a legal and business standpoint he did exactly what he's supposed to do.

Incognito is probably not getting another chance in the league because of his past and regardless of what's acceptable in the locker room the shyt got out in public and the NFL can't be seen condoning that sort of thing, especially when the person did it has a checkered past and is unapologetic about the whole thing.
