"He's done," a ranking club source said Monday. "There are procedures in place and everyone wants to be fair. The NFL is involved. But from a club perspective he'll never play another game here."

Can't wait to see what Incognito brings to the table for his defense, he's not going down without a fight and for reasons unrelated to this whole story, I hope he brings down the whole front office with him.

That team needs to be cleansed top to bottom

So Martin loses either way?

He walks away and gets called soft. He retaliates and gets himself in trouble with the law. He stays and just takes being harassed?

What is the right course? Did Martin do the right thing?

You just can't win. If he puts hands on Incognito, he would just be the crazy nikka. If Martin went to the NFL management about this, he would be the pansy who can't handle the situation man to man.

Agreed, bring in Gruden and his brother already. But I don't think Incognito will have much to say. I think he was talking all that shyt on Twitter yesterday because he legitimately thought him and Martin were friends and he was joking in that voicemail and never thought it was be used to incriminate him. That's the only thing I can think of as to why he was so confident that he was innocent yesterday. I think it's weird that we still haven't heard a single comment from Martin yet. I think his parents are controlling this situation from top to bottom.

disagree on that though, I want new blood. I've seen enough criticism of Jay Gruden's playcalling to want him away from my team

How come NO ONE ELSE on the team was being harassed? Martin is a HEADCASE. The dude has mental problems. That's why Incognito could harass him. The two probably do drugs together and talk shyt. That's probably why no one is rushing to Martin's defense.

Yall stay standing up for sissies. Incognito didn't harass Antonio Smith brehs. He fouled the dude in game to protect the QB.

And Incognito doesn't have mental problems? :usure:

And how can you justify harassing Martin when it's clear that he isn't mentally stable? He easily could have snapped and gone Jovan Belcher on the team.

Why are you defending this cac? He's a scumbag period.

If Martin was really the "Big Weirdo" on the squad then its very possible that Richie Incognito was his best friend and his worst bully on the team. If he's alienated himself from everyone else then maybe Incognito was hanging out and joking with him everyday...and also running his pockets, clowning him in front of the team and calling him a half-****** fakkit etc etc...just cuz he's an a$$hole who likes taking advantage of people.

And if you're Martin, an already awkward dude with no other friends you'll be cool with Richie on "good days" and probably hate him when he's shytting on you.

It happened to me in middle school lol. A kid who I wouldve sworn I was cool with told me he wanted to kill me cuz I kept picking on him. I assumed we were both in on the jokes :whoa: . Everyones personality is different. One of my best friends to this day is a dude I met in college who everyone thought I had beef with cuz we would clown each other all day when we were chilling. We both "got it" but other friends would be like "you know ____ is gonna be there, you sure you wanna go" and we would both look at them like :what:

This whole situation is very middle school status on both sides.

Actually think he's done a pretty good job with the Bengals offense considering I'm not very high on Dalton at all. But between Cam Cameron, Sparano, and now Philbin, I've seen enough of these 1st time head coaches who don't command the players' respect. We need someone a little more disciplined in here. Philbin is actually a hard ass, but the dude has the personality of a slab of concrete, so the players don't really fukk with him like that. Or at least that's how it seems.
