Hazing in the NFL reminds me a bit of fighting in the NHL. Some fans of hockey, and NHL insiders, want fighting banned. I’ve wondered: Other than satisfying base interests of some fans, what good does fighting serve? Why is it in the game? I’d ask the same thing here. No one minds the first-round pick being on donut duty all season—bringing four dozen donuts to practice one or two days a week is not hazing; that’s being a high-priced delivery boy. Fine. Please use context please do. Since you seem out of it I will explain why our examples aren't the same. If I'm about to fight somebody non black that is more likely to have them call me a slur than in normal convo because like I said before maybe I'm lucky, intimidating, or something cause this being called outta my name shyt doesn't happen to me. I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one. In your example your saying walk up to an authority figure while I get what you're saying why do that in normal dealings? Most people just don't do anywaythat that's why I said context. How many times have you been called out of your name in public? So because a man isnt acting all super macho and tough that means you should run him off the team? his parents being harvard educated lawyers is a big thing as well. He was also "supposed" to be the 4th generation african american harvard law graduate in his family.
