If I tell my white friend she can use nikka/call me nikka, I need to take responsibility for giving her that pass...it's my fault she feels it's ok to use that word with me and our circle of (black) friends. This is the case with incognito, the black players in that locker room gave him a pass, if he were running around calling every black person at Applebee's a nikka (I.e. you busting nuts on any chick you see), then that's his bad, he fukked up.
