Nuclear Security & Nonproliferation | Department of Energy
the Energy Department -- specifically the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) -- is responsible for ensuring the integrity and safety of the nation’s nuclear weapons, advancing nuclear nonproliferation and promoting international nuclear safety.
We also work with industry partners to model risks to privately owned U.S. nuclear facilities from cyber attacks and support climate change adaptation efforts to prevent overheating of nuclear reactors, an increasing threat as global temperatures rise and droughts become more common.

I seems they arent in charge of building or using them...more like maintaining them and ensuring safety

:manny: Not exactly common knowledge

You don't get to claim "common knowledge" when you're a sitting governor and running for an executive office position.

This post was held by PhD's and Nobel Prize winners.

Go fukk yourself. How can you be so consistently oblivious to blatant miscarriages of judgment?

Have you no fukking shame you imbecile?

Good god you are not even worth the toilet paper you wipe your ass on. :camby:

That doesn't wash.
:sas2: Youd be surprised ...Most of the people who are appointed to these executive positions have zero clue about the details of what and how their departments actually do and how

its the mid level bureaucrats who actually run shyt and most of them have been there 20+ years ...since the Clinton era or Bush Sr..thats why there is so much inertia and its almost impossible to make drastic changes.
