I think the problem is that some of you get your notion of what a "gangsta" is from film and television.. They aren't like Michael Corleone, Walter White or Stringer Bell...99% of them are sociopaths or psychopaths with no self discipline or moral code...
John Gotti who is the prototype of the modern gangster killed his neighbor for accidently hittin his son in a car accident... He later nearly beat a man to death over a parking space dispute (and this is while he was the boss of a hundred million dollar criminal enterprise and on the cover of Time magazine)
Websters definition of gangster is a' member of a group of violent criminals'
What Ross is accused of doing is both "violent" and "criminal".. So by definition it was gangster...
Now salute this man for finally personifying what you've mocked him for perpetrating..
Or admit that being a gangster is nothing to be proud of or aspire to be...
Can't have it both ways...
