The most frowned upon crime in the pen is pedophilia and rape. Rape is psychological trauma and is a violent act. And by the same token even though rape is punishable by inmates, it is also used to intimidate and take your man hood again psychological domination.
Someone already stated this in another post, their is a reason movies don't glorify rape(which is what rick ross did). He tried to make it comical and a punchline, followed by stupid apologies with qualifying statements like i.e. I didn't say rape. No you didn't, you just wrote a few bars about how you committed rape. And even in the movies about rape the rapist end up getting something torturous done to him in a vengeful way, to balance out the brutality.
He should have had a clue and apologized with sincerity from the beginning.
